WHEN SHOULD THE LAWSUIT START?

HOW CAN I ASSERT MY CLAIMS IN COURT, INCLUDING, IF NECESSARY, IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT IN THE UNITED STATES?

And now, as Dr. Fuellmich explains in his video, there is the possibility to file a class action there, in the USA, against the manufacturers and sellers of the defective product PCR tests. The German Drosten test was one of the first in the world to be sold and used in the USA, following a recommendation from the WHO.

This is also an opportunity for German victims to prepare their claims and then to assert their claims for damages in the USA as part of a class action.

The very threat of such a class action with a large number of plaintiffs of a correspondingly high amount of damages will surely be that the companies concerned will finally be heard by those responsible – money talks!

HOW CAN I JOIN THE CLASS ACTION AS A PERSON CONCERNED?
