Apart from the Five-Eyes nations, most of the other 189 nations appear to have had no idea that this was a scheme by the eugenicists and had been planned for decades.
In addition, they had to agree not to inform their populations that it was a simulation, because that would mean that most people would not play along with their ‘roles’ when they realised it was going to affect their livelihood and way of life, and the simulation would not be effective.
Most of the governments, apart from the UK, innocently saw this as a benefit to mankind, because they believed in the centuries old notion of infectious disease that travels between people, and can spread around the world killing millions, if nations do not prepare for it (even though there has never been any evidence to support the theory).
This IHR was set up by the WHO, out of Switzerland, under the UN and World Bank. Because this was a ‘Treaty’ the UK and all signatory nations are locked into it and agreed to hand over control of their governments to the WHO when the ‘pandemic’ was declared.

It appears that there is no way that this can be stopped, either by public demonstrations or ‘truth’ news programs. Only the people can halt the program before millions more are culled, and it would seem that they would need to have military forces on their side in order to wage a successful war against the enemy. There is a fight back through Dr Reiner Fuellmich and his team of lawyers worldwide, but what about the economic damage that is already done? The one world religion will eventually be headed up by the antichrist / the beast of the sea. He will declare he is god and to be worshipped as god. He will be indwelt with all of the power of Satan the dragon so will be performing lying signs and wonders to deceive the world. The false prophet / the beast of the earth will be the head of the one world religion and will make people take a mark (of the beast) in the right hand or the forehead for buying and selling. Without the TV, no one would know that a virus even existed and fear is a huge behaviour modification. The Word of God tells us in Ephesians 6:11 to put on the whole armour of God to stand against the wiles (greek word 3180 methodeia – crafts, deceit, trickery) of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
