Well, I’ve seen a lot of strange things today but this is one of the strangest. This is on the WA.gov.au website. This is the Australian Government I believe West Australia. Public Health Act 2016 Instrument of Authorization – Authorization to Supply or Administer a Poison, Authorization to Supply or Administer a Poison, and then look at what they call the poison, SARS-COV-2 COVID-19 Vaccine – Australian Defence Force. Why they calling the so called vaccine, a poison? Look at this. They’re authorising the administration of the vaccine which they call a poison. What is going on? This is on their website. It says here Guidance: An authorization by the Chief Health Office under Section 197 and section 198 Public Health Act 2016 to authorise relevant Australian Defence Force employees to supply and administer the COVID-19 vaccine. And they link this document here. Instrument of Authorization – Authorization to Supply or Administer a Poison. Which poison? Well, the SARS-COV-2 COVID-19 vaccine it says number two.

So why are they not serving this file up anymore? Are they a little bit embarrassed that this got out there? Are they just covering their butts and calling this a poison in case people get hurt? Ensure that any adverse events following immunisation is recorded for the surveillance system. Carry out the functions in line with the requirements for supply and administration of schedule four medicines in the Medicines and Poisons Act 2014 and the Medicines and Poisons Regulations 2016 to the extent that they are consistent with the authorization

And then they have this brochure here. Let’s search for poison. So it doesn’t talk about poison in the brochure down here, that’s for sure. That’s interesting. Okay, here’s the Public Health Act of 2016 Public Health Act 2016 – [00-k0-00], a very concerning document, which gives a lot of crazy powers that I think deprive people of their rights to these Health Officers and their delegates. But let’s search it here for poison I know it comes up. It says here this section overrides the Poisons Act of 1964. As well as the Medicines and Poisons Act of 2014 and the Misuse of Drugs Act of 1981.

And then I’m noticing here powers in relation to quarantine and medical or other procedures. It’s says, for emergency management purposes, an emergency officer may direct a person to do all or any of these things: remain in an area specified by the officer for any period specified by the officer. Tyranny. To remain quarantined from other persons for any period, and in any reasonable manner specified by the officer. Tyranny. To undergo medical observation, medical examination and or medical treatment, or to be vaccinated as specified by the officer. More tyranny. To undergo decontamination procedures within any reasonable period, and in any reasonable manner specified by the officer. More tyranny.

Alright, so it just goes into a lot of detail about their unfettered power. Let’s skip down to Section 197, which is referenced right here. In this document here titled Instrument of Authorization – Authorization to Supply or Administer a Poison [SARS-COV-2 COVID-19 vaccine by the Australian Defence Force] see section 197 and section 198 are explicitly mentioned. It says right here section 197 Chief Health Officer may authorise persons to administer, manufacturer, supply, or prescribe poisons. So, that’s how far this tyranny goes, they can actually give you poison. Let’s look up the word poison here because words have meanings. The word poison is defined here as a substance that is capable of causing the illness or death of a living organism, when introduced or absorbed, can cause death, or illness. What a strange word to use here says here for the purposes of emergency management during a public health state of emergency. The Chief Health Officer may authorise a person or class of persons to administer, manufacturer, supply, or prescribe a poison.

A person authorised under paragraph a may administer, manufacturer, supply, or prescribe a poison. What the heck are they going on about? I mean, what a low bar for a medicine calling it a poison. So even if they kill somebody that could be like, well, we told you it was a poison. What the heck is wrong with these people? Medical tyranny. This is disgusting. And then they try to cover this up. This should be in the public record. It’s still on their website. But when you click download, it says request blocked. Request blocked. And by the way, a 403 error means forbidden. So they’ve made this a secret document, a secret document authorising under emergency powers the ability to poison citizens. I mean, this is what it says this isn’t even a conspiracy theory. I’m just reading their document here. What the hell is going on here? So I wanted to share this with everybody to document this and kind of to raise an alarm because this is very troubling. I live in Western Australia. I just watched your video above and although I agree that the WA Health Act 2016 is a truly frightening document and piece of legislation it is not primarily because it is about “poisons”. The way the word poison is used in the Act is specifically defined and I’ve included the legal definitions below(from the Medicines and Poisons Act 2014) It is not the common way we use the word.
No the Act is dangerous because it gives far reaching powers to “the Chief Medical Officer” to entirely disregard all freedoms and rights of the individual citizen with regard to personal sovereignty and choice over his/her own body. TRULY FRIGHTENING! All in the name of “medical emergency” and “public safety”.

Schedule 8 — Controlled Drug
Substances which should be available for use but require restriction of manufacture, supply, distribution, possession and use to reduce abuse, misuse and physical or psychological dependence.
Schedule 9 — Prohibited Substance
Substances which may be abused or misused, the manufacture, possession, sale or use of which should be prohibited by law except when required for medical or scientific research, or for analytical, teaching or training purposes with approval of the CEO.
(2) The Minister may recommend that a substance be identified in the regulations in any way the Minister thinks fit.
(3) Without limiting subsection (2), a substance may be classified by reference to any of the following —
(a) an adopted code;
(b) the way in which it is, or is intended to be, used;
(c) the purpose for which it is, or is intended to be, used;
(d) the quantity in which it is supplied;
(e) its packaging or labelling;
(f) its physical or chemical state or form;
(g) any other factor.
(4) The following substances cannot be classified as poisons —
(a) industrial hemp or industrial hemp seed as defined in the Industrial Hemp Act 2004 section 3(1);
(b) processed industrial hemp as defined in the Misuse of Drugs Act 1981 section 3(1).”
Thanks for your comment, Neil. Yes, I understand. They use the word poison as a normality for all drugs, but still it’s a terrible word to use in light that thesse Covid-19 vaccines have been deemed as Saviours, and the regulation is tyranny.
It seems that the poison is graphene oxide, as stated by Dr. Jose Luis Sevillano and biostatist Ricardo Delgado on their channel LA QUINTA COLUMNA, and which is also confirmed by the study carried out by Dr. Pablo Campra Madrid.
